No, you do not have to be present. However, we do strongly recommend for first time customers that an initial introduction can help create a personal relationship with our technicians.

We do have a policy for cancellations within less than 24 hours of the service appointment time.

Our technicians work incredibly hard to make sure each client is taken care of properly. This does require careful planning days ahead, and last minute cancellations/rescheduling does cause a domino effect throughout the current day and week ahead. In an effort to keep all of our customers happy you will be charged a small fee for cancellations/rescheduling.
